Our Process

After we settle on your color scheme: Each order will arrive in a plain cardboard box with a shipping label. Each order comes with a tracking number + insurance. We also include a care sheet for those who are new to platinum cure silicone sex-toys. It is as easy as washing your hands before dinner! Finally, as a NorthernFantasy supporter, we will include a free gift to you as a token of our gratitude! Take him everywhere to squish and squeeze your stress levels out of this world! Currently, we need 3 days to process your order from the time you order, until we hand it off to the courier. We are using a firmness level of 000-50. We consider it a wonderful medium between soft/floppy and hard as a rock. If you require a super soft or a super firm dildo, contact us and we will let you know if we can accomodate you within 5 days, then we will give you the go ahead to place your order. 

We realize many of you are buying for a friend or lover; You are welcomed to include a personalized letter for any occasion! Perhaps you want it wrapped like a present? We love getting creative! Here are your estimated times for shipping:

Returns and Refunds

Please keep in mind that all orders are insured and come with a tracking number. We do not refund orders deemed "Delivered" so if you need to sign for it; PLEASE indicate that in your order so nothing is left unattended on your doorstep. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you recieve a product that is damaged because we missed something then please message us rite away and we will send out a replacement. If your toy was damaged in transit by the mail courier then please message us rite away and we will work with you and open a case with the postal company. We will refund you as soon as the case is resolved. We do not pay custom fees or taxes. If you order something and forget to pick it up at customs, refund will only take place once we have pocession of the returned item.
